1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase a Pro Monthly subscription or a Credit Pack and you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 7 days of the purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
- ▌Email support@reelmint.app from the email address on your account.
- ▌Subject line: "Refund request".
- ▌Tell us your order date and (optionally) what didn't work for you — your feedback helps us improve.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
3. After the 7-Day Window
- ▌Pro Monthly: You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods, but you keep full access until renewal date.
- ▌Credit Packs: Once you've used more than 10 credits from a pack, the pack is considered consumed and is non-refundable. Unused packs remain refundable within the 7-day window.
4. Exceptions
We may refuse a refund if we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent or abusive (for example, repeated refund requests across multiple accounts after heavy usage).
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please email us first — we almost always resolve it within 24 hours. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.
