Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use ReelMint. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

ReelMint provides AI-generated marketing campaigns for small and mid-sized businesses, including but not limited to commercial scripts, voiceovers, ad copy, social-media posts, email sequences, SEO assets, and competitive intelligence ("Competitor Intel"). Output is generated by third-party AI models and is provided "as is".

• ▌Free plan: A limited number of generation credits are granted on signup.
• ▌Pro Monthly: A recurring subscription that grants extended access to generation features.
• ▌Credit Pack: A one-time purchase that adds credits to your account.
• ▌All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe and ReelMint to charge your selected payment method.
• ▌Prices are in USD and may change with at least 14 days' notice for existing subscribers.

You agree NOT to use ReelMint to:

• ▌Generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that violates third-party rights.
• ▌Misrepresent AI-generated content in a way that deceives consumers or violates platform policies (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Google, etc.).
• ▌Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, crawl, mirror, or replicate the Service, its UI, its prompts, its outputs, or its underlying AI models.
• ▌Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, headless browsers, scripts) to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• ▌Build, train, or improve a competing product using ReelMint's outputs, prompts, or interfaces (this includes feeding our outputs into another LLM for fine-tuning).
• ▌Resell, sublicense, white-label, or redistribute the Service without an active Agency or Elite-tier subscription.
• ▌Bypass any rate limits, paywalls, tier gating, or session expiry mechanisms.
• ▌Share, sell, or publish your account credentials. Each account is for a single owner.

Demo accounts: The "New / Client" demo is provided strictly for evaluation. Outputs are view-only — they may not be downloaded, copied, screenshot-extracted, distributed, used commercially, or fed into any other system. Violation terminates demo access and may result in legal action.

ReelMint, its name, logo, brand, copy, UI design, prompts, prompt templates, scoring algorithms, industry templates, phonetic dictionaries, comparison frameworks, and the "Competitor Intel" methodology are the exclusive property of ReelMint and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law in all applicable jurisdictions.

You may not (a) copy, clone, fork, or substantially imitate the ReelMint Service or any of its distinctive elements; (b) use ReelMint's outputs, prompts, system messages, or other Service artifacts to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve any AI model or competing product; (c) operate a service that is confusingly similar to ReelMint in name, branding, or feature set.

We actively monitor for clones and reserve the right to pursue all available remedies — including DMCA takedowns, trademark infringement claims, breach-of-contract suits, and injunctive relief.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you own the content you generate through ReelMint and may use it commercially. ReelMint retains no copyright on AI-generated output, but you acknowledge that AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions and that identical or similar output may be generated for other users.

The Service relies on third-party AI providers (including, without limitation, Anthropic and Google). By using the Service you agree that your inputs may be transmitted to these providers solely for the purpose of generating output, subject to their respective terms.

We do our best to keep ReelMint available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SCRIPTFORGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold ReelMint harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in our Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReelMint is operated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
